The healer is alarmed by a strange sickness spreading through Halmare, people collapsing, going blind, or dying with no clear cause. He asked me to investigate three people: Balzar the merchant, Lysara the baker, and Elder Miron.

Talk To Balzar | Balzar Mraz | Balzar’s seen victims of this soulless Doll’s Tears, people acting erratically, then breaking down. He’s noticed cloaked outsiders trading something sharp-smelling, not normal alcohol. He warned me to be careful. | |
Talk To Lysara | Lysara | Lysara knew one of the first victims, Mara, who went blind after drinking a strange blue liquid. She gave the bottle to Elder Miron. The drink is being passed around secretly, never sold openly. | |
Talk To Juras | Miron Juras | The elder confirmed this is Blue Sky, a refined, deadly version of Doll’s Tears. He had the bottle Lysara gave him but couldn’t decipher its markings. He suspects someone’s mass-producing it intentionally. | |
Go to find the bottle near the tavern | Go to Rustshore Tavern and look for the bottle | The elder mentioned leaving the bottle on a table near the tavern. Now, I need to get it before someone else gets to it first. This bottle might hold the key to understanding what’s poisoning Halmare. | |
Pick up the mysterious bottle | Pick up the mysterious bottle | The bottle is elegant but sinister, etched with faint symbols. The liquid inside smells like Doll’s Tears but with a harsh chemical edge. Viktor should know more. | |
Bring The Bottle | Report back to Viktor | Viktor Ferrant Npc | TheShadowOverHalmareQuest_Bottle x 1 | I reported to Viktor my findings from Balzar, Lysara, and Elder Miron. He took the bottle to study it further, promising to reach out when he learns more.
